Design is the seed that adheres every element together, which is why we’re proud to offer a full-service design center that allows clients to see, feel and choose samples as a project develops.
This is where color, texture and scale come together to create customized landscape solutions. Our team of experts guide clients through the design process, answering any and all questions along the way, to make sure every landscape vision becomes a reality.
To fully understand your space, we hold an initial consultation at your property where we learn your likes and dislikes, take measurements and to get a feel for your vision. Our design team has more than 25 years of experience in the industry and will use this appointment as the starting point in generating ideas they can use to start rendering your dream landscape.
During your design appointment, you will be presented with a beautiful, custom design that our designer has curated for you. Our beautiful design center allows you to visualize the conceptual design from various angles and at different times of the day. At this appointment, you will have the ability to feel turf samples, preview various lighting options, compare rock sample colors, or select from the options of paver colors and patterns we can install.
Take this time to make any major adjustments or substitutions to the design, or discuss more custom solutions if our showroom does not have the exact elements you are looking for.
After finalizing the details, we will get you on our schedule to start turning this vision into reality.
Once on our schedule, we will be sure to introduce you to our residential manager who will oversee your installation and be in constant communication with our design team. Our professional and experienced crews will begin work on your property soon thereafter, and will be sure to keep your area orderly during the process.
During build out, we like to communicate, communicate, communicate! Whether there are concerns or changes needed to the original plan, or an update to the schedule, we are sure to keep our customers in the loop.
At project completion, we will perform a final walk through with the designer, residential manager and customer to ensure we exceeded your expectations. And, we always pass along a post-install manual that includes landscape care instructions and our warranty policy.
